Returns
Returns and exchanges are available on any product within 30 days of delivery with the following stipulations. Please contact us at MOG@Pruppers.com to initiate return.
Sales Items – No refunds on sales items.
Defective Orders – There is no charge for returns or exchanges on defective items returned within 30 days. If something arrives damaged, send a photo of the damaged goods to MOG@Pruppers.com, then we’ll gladly send a replacement at no cost to you.
Private orders –There are no returns on personal designs. We will have you approve these items before we print them.
Buyer’s Remorse – We do not refund orders for buyer’s remorse.
Lost in transit – For packages lost in transit, all claims must be submitted no later than 30 days after the estimated delivery date. We’ll cover the costs of reprinting and shipping a replacement order for you. Keep in mind that if tracking information states an order was delivered but haven’t received it, we won’t take responsibility and reship that order. In that case, any replacements would have to be at your expense. New shipping charges will be applied for orders that had an incorrect address originally provided.
Refunds or exchanges due to sizing – You may return any unworn, unwashed, undamaged product, with hang tag intact, within 30 days. Please refer to our size chart for that item. We suggest you use a trackable service to guarantee we receive your return.
We will initiate your refund as soon as item is returned. Allow your bank 3 business days for your bank to process. Your bank may require extra time to process your refund.
